Robert C. Martin, a founder and first chairman of the Agile Alliance, presents an introduction to Extreme Programming, one of the most popular and widely-used agile methods. Mr. Martin has published dozens of articles in various trade journals, and is a regular speaker at international conferences and trade shows.
