In this session, you will go through three mini-iterations of three "days" each as you work in small teams to create a comic book that tells the story of the Three Little Pigs. Each iteration will start with a brief planning session. At the end of each iteration there will be a quick debriefing. At the end of the session, a mini-retrospective will help you to reflect on the experience and articulate what you have learned. You will also have created an actual comic book (digital photos of the comics will be taken and distributed to all participants)!

This is a perfect experiential introduction to agile methods. Topics covered/experienced include timeboxing, planning, self-organizing teams, delivering value, prioritized work, dealing with unexpected change, team status meetings, refactoring, demos and retrospectives.
